The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, with effect from 1st March, 2012 has outsourced its MEA Attestation/MEA Apostille work. Superb Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is one of the outsourced companies in India entrusted with the administrative job of Collection and Delivery of documents on behalf of MEA. Since the Collection and Delivery of documents has been outsourced, all applicants need to submit their documents for attestations with the Outsourcing agencies directly. MEA do not accept any document from applicants in its office in Patiala House, New Delhi.
